As a Sales Account Executive at People Share, you’ll play a key role in expanding our presence in the Bolingbrook market. You’ll build strong client relationships, generate new business opportunities, and work closely with our recruiting team to deliver outstanding service.

• Develop and manage a portfolio of clients and prospects in the local market.
• Conduct on-site visits and implement strategic, client-specific solutions.
• Drive market presence through inside phone sales, outside cold-calling, networking, and proposals.
• Research client needs and present tailored People Share solutions.
• Cultivate relationships with decision-makers using creative sales strategies.
• Consistently exceed KPIs and revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to company policies.

• 2+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Strong consultative selling skills and comfort with cold-calling.
• Proven ability to prospect, network, and build strategic partnerships.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High sense of urgency and self-driven to achieve goals.
