The Phone Center Representative is the go‑to person for customers, handling inbound calls to help them find the right parts, generate sales, and ensure a positive experience. We seek someone who embodies hard work, customer focus, team collaboration, adaptability, and responsibility.

• Answer customer calls with dedication and determination, striving to meet their needs and exceed expectations.
• Record customer information accurately in our systems for future reference and follow‑up.
• Deliver friendly service, assist customers with parts selection, and provide information on products and services.
• Provide price quotes, inform customers about specials, and keep them updated on order status.
• Continuously update personal knowledge of products and customer service techniques, contributing to team skill enhancement.
• Engage in learning modules, showing commitment to personal and professional development.
• Work closely with teammates to address inquiries and find solutions, fostering a supportive environment.
• Maintain accurate records and manage resources wisely, ensuring optimal service delivery and data integrity.
• Adapt to evolving organizational needs and undertake additional responsibilities as required.

• High School Diploma (college degree preferred).
• 10 years of parts counter experience.
• Strong understanding of basic truck systems.
• Ability to use business systems for daily tasks.
• Exceptional communication skills, both over phone and in writing.
• Proven customer service skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in computer use, especially Google Applications.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Dependable, reliable attendance, ability to work with minimal supervision.
