** SUMMARY OF POSITION
** To support the growth of our U.S. business, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager, Industrial to manage and grow customer relationships with key industrial food processors. This role will focus on promoting and selling customized seasonings and sauces that deliver exceptional flavor solutions, working closely with major food processors such as Pilgrim's Pride, Sanderson Farms, Wayne Farms, and Perdue Farms.

The ideal candidate will have experience in food and beverage sales cycles, a strong understanding of customized solutions, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to meet customer needs. Reporting to the Director of Sales, Industrial, this role will contribute to achieving sales targets and strengthening the company’s position as a trusted flavor solutions provider.
** The candidate must be based in the Southeastern United States to ensure proximity to key customer accounts and facilitate travel requirements.
**** ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

* Manage and grow relationships with key industrial accounts, including Pilgrim's Pride, Sanderson Farms, Wayne Farms, and Perdue Farms to achieve sales and revenue goals.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial food processing sector to expand the customer base and market presence.
* Support contract negotiations alongside the Director to secure profitable, long-term partnerships.
* Collaborate with the Director of Sales and cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, Business Management) to align customer needs with product offerings and market trends.
* Utilize customer feedback and market research to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
* Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and account updates to the Director of Sales and other stakeholders.
* Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to enhance brand visibility and build professional relationships.
