Warehouse Inventory Clerk Cycle Counter

Position Description

Cycle Counter – Bolingbrook, Illinois

Ryder is immediately hiring for a Cycle Counter in Bolingbrook, Illinois. You will work in a safe supply chain environment with state‑of‑the‑art equipment and handle engine and HVAC parts.

• Hourly pay: $22.00 per hour
• Second‑shift differential: $1.00 per hour (Monday – Friday, 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm)

• Products handled: engine and HVAC parts
• Equipment: cherry picker / order picker, WMS, computer

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year or more of warehouse experience (preferred).
• One year or more of forklift operation experience (preferred).
• One year or more of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) experience (preferred).
• Equipment certification may be required depending on location.
• Ability to read location, date, and product codes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to build and maintain professional relationships at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to operate and self‑driven in a fast‑paced environment.
• Highly organized, multi‑tasking with excellent time‑management skills.
• Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑up practices.

• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Audit inbound and outbound shipments.
• Participate in physical inventories as needed.
• Provide floor support to operation supervisors and hourly associates regarding inventory issues.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain GMPs with emphasis on safety.
• Ensure inventory accuracy to meet client demands.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
