Ryder is immediately hiring for an Inventory Clerk / Lead in Bolingbrook, Illinois.

Warehouse Forklift Operator / Driver Positions Pay Weekly.

• Hourly Pay $23.00 per hour
• Schedule:
  
  Monday - Friday First Shift 6:00 am - 2:30 pm

• High School diploma or equivalent
• One year or more previous warehouse experience
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
• Manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments
• Recognize and read location, date, and product codes
• Work independently and as a member of a team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility to operate and self‑driven to excel in a fast‑paced environment
• Basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication) (beginner level)
• Depending on location may be required to be equipment certified
• Safety Sensitive Position, Non‑Regulated Tech – Depending on location, may be required to operate and be equipment certified

• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits
• Conduct audits of inbound and outbound shipments
• Participate in physical inventories as necessary
• Provide floor support to operation supervisors and hourly associates regarding inventory issues
• Resolve inventory discrepancies as needed
• Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) with emphasis on safety
• Ensure inventory accuracy to meet client demands
• Perform other duties as assigned
