Ryder Supply Chain Solutions is immediately hiring Warehouse Associates in Bolingbrook, Illinois.

Position Description

• Hourly Pay: $19.00 per hour
• Schedule:
  
  First Shift Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
• Pay:
  Weekly
• Equipment:
  Walkie rider, forklift(s), packaging line
• Products:
  Engine and HVAC parts

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Six months of related warehouse experience required (1 year or more preferred)
• Powered industrial truck certification required; experience with stand‑up, sit‑down forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks (intermediate)
• Experience operating manual and/or automated warehouse equipment (intermediate preferred)
• Ability to read, do basic math, and input data into the WMS
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
• Work overtime as assigned
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Flexibility and self‑driven to excel in a fast‑paced environment
• Capable of multi‑tasking, highly organized, excellent time management
• Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices

Responsibilities

• Package, kit and/or assemble orders and materials.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers; ensure all scanning is completed correctly.
• Help train dock employees on new procedures; investigate and resolve scanning issues.
• Perform picking and packing duties; check for evidence of product or container damage.
• Perform tasks as described in the location’s policies and procedures.
• Perform material moves with associated physical/logical transactions as required.
• Participate in workgroup and other team activities to improve warehouse operations.
• Perform housekeeping duties for assigned area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
