Warehouse Associate
Join Hussmann as a Warehouse Associate, responsible for coordinating on‑site warehouse activities, managing receipts, stocking and shipping of products; staging and delivering customer orders; and handling purchasing transactions with Hussmann Services and local vendors.
Responsibilities- Stages, ships and receives parts, equipment, and supplies.
- Inputs inventory into the BSS System.
- Maintains proper stocking levels conforming to lean inventory practices.
- Delivers parts to customer locations or job sites as needed.
- Files freight bills of lading and equipment packing slips for inventory reconciliation and audit purposes.
- Completes freight claims for damaged goods.
- Manages receipts, inspects, and stocks incoming products from internal and external customers.
- Prepares Gang Boxes for pickup or delivery for technician use on job sites.
- Ensures proper working order of tools and equipment.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Formal Education Requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent. Five years of related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Level: Associate’s degree.
Minimum Years of Experience Needed: 0–5 years.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Flexibility to work outside normal working hours as required.
- Working knowledge of basic refrigeration and/or commercial refrigeration and HVAC (preferred).
- Forklift experience (preferred).
- Basic math skills for weight, measurement, and volume.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, frequently up to 100 pounds, and occasionally more than 100 pounds.
$17.37 – $32.26 per hour. Actual compensation varies based on knowledge, skills, experience, and location. The role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives. Minimum hourly wage is the greater of the posted range or local minimum wage.
