Day Shift Warehouse Associate

Job Location: Bolingbrook, IL

Schedules + Pay: Distribution:
Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, starting $17.00 /hr.
Fulfillment:
Tuesday‑Friday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, starting $17.00 /hr.
Fulfillment:
Saturday‑Monday, 6:00 am to 6:30 pm, starting $18.50 /hr.

• Perform all necessary retail fulfillment and distribution warehouse duties
• Fulfillment duties may include, but are not limited to, picking, packing, putaway, replenishment, and wrapping of merchandise as well as the use of hand‑operated equipment.
• Distribution duties may include, but are not limited to, receiving, processing and shipping of AKIRA inventory
• Operate scanners/computers related to warehouse operations
• All other responsibilities as assigned by management

• Safely operate in a warehouse environment
• Able to push, pull, lift 50 lbs continuously throughout the shift
• Be able to receive and give feedback effectively
• Stand/walk 10 hours a day
• Solid understanding of safety regulations
• Basic math and recording abilities
• Ability to lift a maximum of 50 lbs. based on needs of the role

• Work efficiently as part of a team
• Working knowledge of computer programs for entering data
• Excellent organizational skills
• Great communication and interpersonal abilities
• Keen eye for detail
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work in a team environment
