The Order Printer is responsible for managing the release and prioritization of outbound web fulfillment orders to ensure a consistent, accurate flow of work to pickers and packers. This role plays a critical part in meeting shipping timelines, aging targets, and customer delivery commitments by controlling how and when orders are introduced to the fulfillment floor.
The Order Printer serves as a central coordination point between systems, labor, and leadership to support efficient daily operations and protect service-level expectations.

Schedule & PayFulfillment:
Saturday
- Monday, 6:00am to 6:30pm, starting $18.50/hr.
- Release, sequence, and prioritize outbound web fulfillment orders to support on-time shipping and aging targets.
- Print, organize, and manage order paperwork accurately in alignment with system data.
- Maintain a steady flow of work to picking and packing teams throughout the shift.
- Monitor order flow and adjust pacing based on volume, priorities, labor, and carrier cutoffs.
- Identify and correct routine orders or paperwork issues; elevate risks that may impact shipping timelines, system accuracy, or customer commitments.
- Support daily operational priorities and special initiatives as directed by leadership.
- Basic computer proficiency; experience using warehouse or orders management systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, or similar software.
- 1-2 years of warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
- Clear verbal communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to recognize issues and elevate appropriately.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong sense of urgency.
- Calm and adaptable when priorities, volume, or conditions change.
- Proactive in identifying risks before they impact shipping or customer experience.
- Reliable, accountable, and consistent in following established processes.
- Comfortable coordinating between systems, people, and priorities.
- Focused on accuracy, productivity, and meeting service-level expectations.
