The Warehouse Field Distribution Associate supports Ricoh’s Supply Chain Operations by performing a mix of administrative and physical warehouse tasks. This role involves working with inventory management systems (Oracle, TMS), maintaining shipment documentation, and executing general warehouse duties including shipping, receiving, and material handling. Candidates must be detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, semi-climate-controlled warehouse environment.

• Process shipments, including preparing, labeling, and applying shipping documents and packing slips.
• Perform data entry and updates in Oracle and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Schedule carrier pickups and maintain daily shipment spreadsheets.
• Unbox and prepare copiers, parts, and equipment for shop transfer.
• Assist with quality assurance (QA) activities as required.
• Handle loading, unloading, stocking, and order pulling operations.
• Operate both powered and non-powered material handling equipment (training provided).
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and comply with all OSHA safety standards

• Support cross-functional warehouse operations and participate in team lifting for heavy items (>50 lbs).
• Complete all assigned work efficiently, accurately, and within designated timelines.

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years warehouse experience.

  Skills:
  
  Basic computer literacy; experience with Oracle, TMS
  , and UPS data entry preferred.
• Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs individually and team lift items up to 700 lbs on wheels.
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and twisting.
  • Work in non-climate-controlled environments and inside trailers.
