Ryder is immediately hiring for a Warehouse Team Lead Manager Support in Bolingbrook, Illinois. The role involves leading a warehouse team to achieve operational excellence.

• Hourly Pay: $22.00 per hour
• Shift differential: $1.00 per hour for 2nd Shift
• Schedule:
  
  Monday – Friday, 2nd Shift 2:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.

• Lead continuous improvement efforts to maximize operational efficiency.
• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Allocate resources and organize daily work duties for team members to optimize shift and team logistics.
• Inspire and guide team members toward improved KPIs using appropriate leadership styles.
• Assist with orientation, technology provision, and tools training for new employees.
• Promote health and safety practices within the warehouse.
• Manage day‑to‑day paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, and bills of lading.
• Complete and submit daily reports and propose action plans to enhance operations and service levels.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One (1) year or more experience with powered industrial trucks preferred.
• One (1) year or more experience as a team lead preferred.
• One (1) year or more experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) preferred.
• One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Knowledge and/or experience with an advanced RF scanner required.
• Valid forklift operator’s license certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective leadership skills.
• Flexibility to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proactive approach to responsibilities.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
• Adherence to health and safety methods.
• Bilingual (for Québec locations only).
