Warehouse Inventory Clerk 1st Shift

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions is hiring for a Warehouse Inventory Clerk / Lead in Bolingbrook, Illinois, for the first shift (6:00 am – 2:30 pm). The position pays $23.00 per hour.

• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits
• Conduct audits of inbound and outbound shipments
• Participate in physical inventories as necessary
• Provide floor support to Operation Supervisors and hourly associates regarding inventory issues
• Resolve inventory discrepancies as required
• Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) with emphasis on safety
• Ensure inventory accuracy to meet client demands
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High School diploma or equivalent
• One year or more previous warehouse experience
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
• Manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments
• Recognize and read location, date and product codes
• Work independently and as a member of a team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility to operate and self‑driven to excel in a fast‑paced environment
• Basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication) at beginner level
• Depending on location may be required to be equipment certified
• Safety Sensitive Position, Non‑Regulated Tech – depending on location, may be required to operate and be equipment certified
