As a Reach Truck Operator in Bolingbrook, you'll run the reach truck with precision, lift product to the rafters, and keep every aisle flowing. One wrong move costs time; one right move keeps everything running right.

This position requires an individual who is flexible and willing to support multiple departments based on operational needs. Employees will begin by assisting with palletizing and general warehouse functions while also providing support to the forklift team when needed. The ideal candidate has previous Reach Truck experience, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to assist with warehouse housekeeping and other tasks to maintain a safe and productive work environment.

• Operate a Reach Truck forklift safely and efficiently as needed.
• Palletize, stack, wrap, and organize products for storage or shipment.
• Assist the forklift team with material movement and warehouse support tasks.
• Support multiple departments based on daily operational requirements.

• Experience operating reach trucks or similar powered industrial equipment.
• Ability to safely move, stack, retrieve, and organize palletized inventory.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and material handling practices.
• Ability to accurately identify products, inventory locations, and shipping documentation.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and inventory accuracy.
• Previous Reach Truck forklift experience required.
• Ability to lift, move, and stack products throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Flexible and willing to assist in different areas of the warehouse.

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb on and off powered industrial equipment throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, move, or reposition materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.
• Ability to safely work in warehouse environments with elevated storage racks and moving equipment.
• Ability to maintain awareness of surroundings while operating powered industrial vehicles.

The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance.
