Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) in Bolivar, MOis hiring an Inventory Coordinator to join our team in Materials Management. CMH is made up of 34 primary and specialty clinics, 6 Long-Term Care facilities and 1 residential care facility. Offering acute care, emergency services, ambulatory care, pharmacies, walk-in clinics, surgeries, addiction recovery, therapies and more, CMH has its community covered!

Materials Management
effectively and efficiently manages the acquisition, warehousing, distribution, transportation, and processing of the equipment and supplies required for the smooth operation of the hospital.

A typical day will include: Providing assistance in all areas of managing the materials required for the operations of the organization.

• Filling requisition orders from STORES items and delivering orders to department or arranging for courier transport.
• Maintaining and monitoring the inventory control system, utilizing the computer inventory program and visual / manual checks to assure the efficient use of inventory supplies.
• Actively pursuing reduction of inventory expirations by proposing ideas to increase turns and stock rotation.

  Preferred background in medical supplies and/or general warehousing and distribution
• Physical:
  Prolonged periods of standing and walking.

The position is:
Full-Time Days Monday–Friday
