LOCATION: BOLIVAR, TN
Responsibilities- CLIENT: STAR Physical Therapy
- SETTING: OP ortho (98%) with the occasional stroke patient (2%)
- START DATE:
ASAP - GUARANTEE: 40 hours
- ASSIGNMENT LENGTH: 13+ weeks
- STAFF: 1 PT, 2 PTAs
- EMR:
Raintree - CASELOAD / PATIENT SCHEDULING: 10.5–11.5 patients average per 8-hour day
- Patients scheduled on the hour; 2–3 hour slots may be double booked
- 1 on 1 care for all other patients
- SCHEDULE:
5 8’s - LOCATION:
Bolivar, TN (could be all at Bolivar or Bolivar / Selmer split, ~10 minutes apart) - LOCATION HIGHLIGHTS: 1.5 hours east of Memphis; 2.5 hours southwest of Nashville
- BILL RATE: PT - $70–$75
- OP experience preferred – this system has taken new grads in the past
