Vacular Sonographer

Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is seekinga Sonographer for our Radiology Department as we continue to grow.

CMH is made up of 34 primary and specialty clinics, 6 long-term care facilities, and 1 residential care facility. Offering acute care, emergency services, ambulatory care, pharmacies, walk-in clinics, surgeries, addiction recovery, rehab therapies and more, CMH has its community covered!

Utilizing the newest state-of-the-art equipment and technologies, the Radiology Department provides 24/7 diagnostic imaging services to meet the needs a wide variety of patients at both the hospital and outpatient Imaging Center. Examinations are performed on both a scheduled and emergent basis and may include diagnostic radiology, mammography, vascular and echocardiography ultrasound, PET and CT, and MRI.

Supporting our diagnostic services during off-hours, ensuring timely and accurate imaging for our patients who are not only local, but also those who specifically drive from surrounding areasto see us.

• Performs diagnostic ultrasound examinations including abdominal, OBGyn, small parts, and vascular studies
• Collaborates with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely results
• Provides patient-centered care with a focus on comfort, privacy, and clear communication
• Follows infection control procedures and adheres to all regulatory standards

PRN with one set day per week in the Vein Clinic.

• Education:
  
  Graduate of a Committee of Allied Health Education and Accreditation (AMA) Accredited Radiology Program, or equivalent
• Experience:
  
  1 year of clinical experience preferred; new graduates with strong clinical training will be considered
• Skills:
  
  Patient care, attention to detail, teamwork, communication
• Licensure/Certification:
  Certified by the American Registry of Medical Sonographers
