Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is recruiting a Revenue Cycle Analyst to join our Revenue Integrity team in Bolivar, Missouri. CMH is made up of 34 primary and specialty clinics, 6 long-term care facilities and 1 residential care facility. Offering acute care, emergency services, ambulatory care, pharmacies, walk-in clinics, surgeries, addiction recovery, rehab therapies and more, CMH has its community covered!

Revenue Integrity coordinates with all CMH departments to obtain and produce financial information for use by managerial / supervisory staff that will enhance their ability to make managerial decisions and to produce required reports for outside agencies.
A typical day will include:Assisting in ensuring the integrity of the revenue cycle by preventing revenue leakage and maintaining accurate charge capture to support financial sustainability.
- Tracks payment patterns, denial rates, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize and streamline processes and increase revenue collection efficiency
- Reviews clinical denials, including those related to pre-authorizations, and initiates appeals processes if determined appropriate
- Prepares financial reports for management and others
- Ensures adherence and compliance to government regulations and internal policies
The position is full-time days, 8:30am-5pm
Job Requirements:- Education:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, healthcare administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience - Experience:
Three (3) years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, coding, clinical, or a related field preferred - Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as strong quantitative, analytical and organizational skills - Licensure/Certification: N/A
