Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) in Bolivar, MO is hiring a Manager for our Rural Health Clinic Care Coordination Department. CMH is made up of 34 primary and specialty clinics, 6 long-term care facilities, and 1 residential care facility. Offering acute care, emergency services, ambulatory care, pharmacies, walk-in clinics, surgeries, addiction recovery, rehab therapies and more, CMH has its community covered!

A typical day will include: Oversees staff and activities of the Care Coordination Department to ensure compliance with home health and medical home regulations, policies and procedures.
- Schedules, monitors and maintains staffing levels based on workload
- Participates in process improvement, including providing training to team members and others to ensure streamlined and efficient outputs
- Investigates and assists in the resolution of patient and clinic concerns and grievances
- Responsible for generating and presenting professional and timely reports and scorecards
Job Requirements:
- Education:
High school diploma - Experience:
Three years of experience working in a rural healthcare clinic or other healthcare setting and 1 year of management/supervisory experience is preferred - Licensure/Certification: N/A
This position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm
