Job Description:
LICENSED THERAPISTLocation: Southwest Missouri - Springfield, Branson, Nixa, Republic, Marshfield, and more (location subject to availability)
Departments include:
- Outpatient Services
- School Based Services
- Community Services
- Substance Use Recovery
- Crisis Services
(Availability may vary depending on staffing needs)
Qualifications:
- Licensed as PLPC, LMSW, PLMFT, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PLP, LP, or...
- Master's degree graduate planning to become licensed (Counseling, Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or related fields; planning to take NCE or LMSW exams)

Education:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual counseling to address clients' mental health needs
- Facilitate group counseling sessions
- Conduct group education workshops
- Perform assessments for treatment planning
- Offer support for individuals in codependent relationships
- Conduct counseling and intervention sessions
- Collaborate with case workers
- Coordinate referrals to specialized services
Additional Qualifications:
- Currently licensed or provisionally licensed in Missouri as PLPC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, PLMFT, LMFT, PLP, or LP
- Or a Master's degree in a license-eligible field with plans to obtain licensure, contingent upon passing state exams
Salary Range: $58,507 - $70,202
