Citizens Memorial Healthcare Foundation is recruiting a Nutritional Services Worker to care for our residents in Citizens Memorial Healthcare Facility
.

The skilled nursing facility is a 111-bed facility located in Bolivar, MO.

A typical day includes:

Maintains safe and sanitary conditions within the kitchen;

Prepares a variety of foods following standardized recipes and methods of preparation in the correct amount needed for resident and employee food service;

The Nutritional Service Worker serves food in the dining room and employee cafeteria;

Records and updates diet information on resident cards;

Prepares nourishments and stocks the hydration carts as needed;

Practices excellence in customer service and behaves in a manner consistent with the mission and objectives of CMH;

Performs other duties as requested.

The position is Per Requested Need;
