Your Role:As an RN Graduate Nurse, you will:
- Deliver direct patient care for all age groups, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Coordinate with ancillary departments to enhance patient comfort and care.
- Adhere to nursing standards and maintain ongoing licensure and certification.

- Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
- Licensure: Must obtain and maintain a current RN license in the hiring state.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hire.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds regularly.
- Prolonged standing and walking each shift.
- Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as needed.
The OB/GYN (5B) unit is a 32-bed facility dedicated to caring for postpartum, mother/baby couplets, and medical-surgical patients. Our diverse patient population includes various GYN conditions, obstetrical complications, and surgical procedures. Enjoy a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5-6, with 12-hour shifts from 0630 to 1900 and 1830 to 0700, including alternating weekends and holidays.
