Sky Minder is a Business Information platform powered by CRIF, and it gives access to in-depth credit and financial data on companies all over the world, look for a figure of Internship Sky Minder Content & Quality.
Sky Minder is seeking an intern to support our Content & Quality team in managing operational activities and delivering excellent customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support in order management, as well as handling other related activities.
Responsibilities:
Assist the operations team with order management and processing
Respond to client inquiries and provide customer service support
Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely delivery of orders
Manage and maintain accurate records of orders and transactions
Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Dynamics 365 (preferred)
Fluent in English (written and spoken). Italian, Japanese and Chinese will be considered a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately
Client-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing excellent customer service
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
Proactive and able to identify problems and recommend solutions
Able to multitask and manage time effectively

Education and Experience:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Language or other related fields
Prior experience in customer service or operations preferred but not required
Full-time position with two days of smart working per week and a €700 reimbursement.
