Experteer Overview As a Verification, Integration and Testing lead in Signaling, you define and drive the V&V strategy for projects that adapt Alstom solutions or implement vertical signaling solutions. You manage in‑house V&V activities, coordinate with Test & Commissioning, and align with Safety Assurance on safety targets. You collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure on‑time, within‑budget delivery of a validated signaling solution.
This role sits at the heart of delivering reliable rail systems.

Plan and manage Verification, Integration and Testing activities
Coordinate with Test & Commissioning for on‑site testing
Ensure safety targets are demonstrated in collaboration with Safety Assurance Align project inputs, deliverables, budget and schedule with Project Engineering and Safety Assurance managers
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver validated signaling solutions
Support risk assessment and quality assurance processes
Communicate progress and issues to stakeholders
