Spare Parts Coordinator

About the Role  As a Spare Parts Coordinator, you will join a dedicated team of 6 colleagues focused on delivering outstanding customer support and minimizing downtime for our customers worldwide.

This role offers a great mix of technical expertise and operational coordination.
Depending on your strengths and interests, your focus may include:
Creating the ideal spare parts packages for new installations
Processing orders and preparing quotations
Coordinating deliveries to ensure parts reach customers as quickly as possible
Supporting customers with technical spare parts solutions
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and expand our product portfolio
We also encourage you to visit customers on-site. By understanding their operations, products, and challenges, you can help us continuously improve our service and identify new opportunities for innovation and growth. Qualifications   Bachelor working and thinking level in Mechanical Engineering, Technical Business Administration, or another technical field
2–3 years of experience in a service‑oriented, technical, or logistics environment
Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written);
German is a plus

Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
A customer‑focused mindset and proactive attitude
Affinity with technology and process improvement
