Ferrero is seeking a Shift Maintenance Leader for its Alba plant to manage maintenance, planning and HR activities. You will coordinate shifts, plan interventions, and drive cost-effective maintenance programs while ensuring safety and quality.
You will bring an Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electronics or Mechatronics) and 1–2 years in manufacturing, with strong maintenance process knowledge and interpersonal skills. Italian and English fluency are essential for this international role.
