Tax Controversy Consultant – Milano/Roma/Bologna
Join us as a Tax Controversy Consultant (Mid‑Senior Level)  this role you will work within the Controversy team assisting clients with tax litigation, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance across Italy.
Responsibilities

Assist and represent clients in tax litigation before the courts of merit and the Court of Cassation.
Help clients settle disputes quickly with tax authorities.
Support tax audits conducted by the Agenzia delle Entrate and Guardia di Finanza.
Prepare interpello requests and simulate tax inspections.
Review internal tax risk controls.
Assist with international procedures including arbitration agreements and bilateral treaty amicable procedures.
Facilitate tax debt recovery and evaluate potential liabilities during due diligence and budget review.
Prepare opinions on tax litigation and sanction matters.

Qualifications

1‑3 years of experience in a similar tax controversy role.
Master’s degree in Law (tax profile) or Economics.
Excellent command of English (written and oral).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Strong relational and communication skills.
Team‑working attitude and problem‑solving mindset.
