By joining our project, you will be working on an initiative of the European Commission focused on creating a more efficient, modern and secure customs environment within the European Union. This initiative runs over a 5‑year timeline, and offers the opportunity to work on topics such as digitalization of customs processes, streamlining procedures to facilitate trade, harmonization of rules across EU member states, and combating fraud.

What You'll Be Doing
Initiate, execute, and complete projects.
Perform risk analysis.
Perform resource planning from a weak matrix perspective.
Project coordination.
Ensure that milestones are met and deliverables are supplied on time.
Take charge of communications within projects (meetings, reports, presentations).
Control and monitor progress and quality for projects and provide feedback to the Project Coordinator and project sponsor.
Identify and solve problems occurring in projects, providing quick escalations when needed.
Produce administrative reports and customer‑facing reports with project overviews.
Create processes based on ITIL v4.
Review and understand the data center architecture’s high‑level design concerning the assigned projects.
What You'll Bring Along
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a similar role.
Knowledge and experience of project management within at least one of the concerned technological domains (OS servers, storage, backup, virtualization, computer room infrastructures, automation).
University degree or equivalent level through experience and training.
At least one certification among PMI PMP, PMI ACP, Prince2 Practitioner, Professional Scrum Master.
Ability and willingness to quickly learn new technologies and self‑study.
Strong communication skills, structured, process‑mindful, and able to maintain a high‑level overview.
Ability to work independently and manage time.
Eagerness to work in a dynamic multi‑national environment with a strong customer focus.
Experience as a business analyst or product owner.
Continuous drive to improve project management and customer business processes.
Expertise in MS Project (required). Prior experience with MS Project Server and Jira (plus). Hands‑on experience with cloud projects (plus).
ITIL certification (plus).
Experience in a production IT environment, understanding change management, operational readiness, and other ITIL processes.
Fluent in English (B2 or higher);
French an asset.
