Product Manager Digital Services

Experteer Overview In this role you will shape and launch digital services within Coesia's global customer service strategy. You will align product vision with customer needs, drive the roadmap, and oversee the end‑to‑end lifecycle to deliver engaging digital experiences. You’ll work across Business, Digital & ICT, and Marketing teams to promote adoption, grow revenue, and continuously improve offering. Ensure deep understanding of customer needs through research and feedback loops

Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to maximize adoption and revenue

Lead cross‑functional collaboration among Business, Digital & ICT, and Marketing teams

Oversee full service lifecycle from ideation to post‑launch improvements

Leverage analytics to monitor performance and inform improvements

Oversee UX/UI quality with design teams and advocate for customer‑centric improvements

Identify opportunities for innovation and competitive differentiation
