Empowering the evolution of Global Technologies by defining and enhancing GT processes, facilitating their implementation and verifying compliance with audits, checking and validating the quality of deliverables, maintaining a data-driven approach through KPI monitoring and driving continuous improvement of the skills of GT people.
Responsibilities:
To be part of the team that implements Quality Assurance organizational standards, processes, tools, metrics and methodologies to ensure that Global Technologies has the right mix of methodologies, tools, and skills to be CRIF's business partner, delivering quality products and services.
To be part of the team of Process Quality Consultants, which provides consultancy and facilitation for IT processes implementation (including Cloud and AI processes), as well as coaching agile teams in implementing the Agile methodology.
Specifically:
Plans and schedules activities and propose corrective actions to stay on schedule.
Executes activities following agreed plans and schedules, implementing the methodologies defined at organization and project level.
Work with professionalism, structure and method, focusing on continuous improvement and innovation
Accepts and meets challenging schedules.
Identifies risks and issues affecting her/his activities and proposes preventive and corrective actions.
Analyses feedback from customers regularly to identify their needs, clarify expectations, understand their definitions of quality and guide their quality improvement process.
Implements Quality Assurance organizational standards, processes, tools, metrics and methodologies.
Proposes process improvements related to her/his activities.
Grants the application of company security policies and guidelines.
Is a problem solver.
Regularly operates in a multi-country, multi-cultural environment encouraging collaboration and proactive approaches to overcome challenges.
Typically operates under general supervision, with degrees of autonomy increasing with experience.
Proactively contributes to team goals by integrating her/his own work with peers’ one and by fostering a Teamwork attitude.
Continuously improves her/his own technical skills.
Continuously improves her/his own communication skills.
Must have:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems, mathematics, physics or related discipline, or an equivalent education, or demonstrated experience on the subject.
B2 English Level (intermediate) according to Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
Nice to have:
ITIL Foundation.
Certified Scrum Master.
CAPM/PMP Certification.

Type of contract: permanent
The Annual Salary for this position starts from €32.000 gross per year.
The level of classification will be determined during the selection process based on the candidate’s profile and in accordance with the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Tertiary, Distribution and Services sector.
The final compensation package, including any variable components (such as MBO) or additional benefits, will depend on the assessment of the candidate’s profile against the role requirements.
