Il/la candidato/a ideale possiede una laurea in Tecnologie Alimentari o un diploma di Perito Chimico/Agrario, spiccata leadership e ottime capacità decisionali, con attenzione a qualità, igiene e sicurezza, e disponibilità a operare su tre turni.
