About the Role
For a major photovoltaic plant construction project in Ferrara, we are looking for a Junior QA/QC Engineer to support quality assurance and quality control activities during the construction phase.
The selected candidate will work directly on site, supporting the implementation of quality procedures and ensuring compliance with project specifications, applicable standards, and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and implementation of Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and quality checklists.
Perform inspections, quality controls, and measurements on site.
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of quality documentation and reports.
Support the management and follow-up of non-conformities and corrective actions.
Collaborate with construction teams and subcontractors to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
Monitor site activities to verify adherence to project procedures and standards.
Assist in delivering basic quality-related training and guidance to site personnel.
Support the Quality Team in ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 principles and project quality plans.
Requirements
Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
Previous experience, even limited, in construction sites, quality control, QA/QC activities, or industrial projects.
Basic knowledge of Quality Management Systems, preferably ISO 9001.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on approach.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic site environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Full-time availability to work on site in Ferrara.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in renewable energy, photovoltaic, infrastructure, or industrial construction projects.
Good knowledge of Italian and English.
Knowledge of Spanish is considered a plus.
Familiarity with inspection procedures, quality documentation, and construction site operations
The annual compensation for this role is between €35,000 and €45,000.
The position falls under the scope of the National Collective Labor Agreement for the Commerce and Services sector (CCNL Commercio e Terziario) applied by our company.
Placement within the range will be determined based on technical skills, specific experience in the role, and the outcomes of the selection process, according to objective and neutral criteria.
In the case of profiles with exceptional characteristics compared to the indicated range, a revision may be considered subject to internal approval.
