Coesia operates in 34 countries with 21 different companies and employs over 8,000 people as of 2026.About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented person to join the Group Finance team and support consolidation and reporting activities at Group level.

This role offers the opportunity to work in an international environment, collaborating with different stakeholders across the organization and contributing to strategic finance projects and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
• Support monthly closing activities and variance analysis at Group level
• Contribute to the collection, consolidation and validation of economic and financial data from Group companies
• Support the preparation of Group management reporting and related presentations
• Assist in the analysis of business performance indicators, trends and profitability
• Collaborate on initiatives aimed at improving and automating reporting processes, leveraging digital tools such as Power BI
• Support cross-functional projects within the Finance area, including process alignment initiatives at Group level

What You Need to Be Successful
• Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or equivalent field
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI is a plus
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, double-entry bookkeeping and management control concepts The ideal person combines precision and attention to detail with the ability to maintain a broader business perspective. A proactive and reliable approach, together with strong organizational skills and attention to deadlines, are key to succeeding in the role. We are looking for someone with an analytical mindset, a problem-solving attitude and a genuine interest in working within international and cross-functional teams.
