Technical Coordinator - North Midlands

We are looking for an organised and proactive Technical Coordinator to join our expanding technical department. This is a brand new role that will play a vital part in supporting the delivery of high quality residential developments across North Midlands.

Working alongside our Technical Director and wider technical team, you will ensure projects run smoothly by coordinating technical information, maintaining accurate documentation and supporting the delivery of multiple developments from planning through to construction.

The role:

  • Managing technical documentation, drawings, reports and specifications using document management systems.
  • Maintaining accurate document registers, filing systems and project records.
  • Coordinating information between Technical, Land, Commercial, Construction and Sales teams.
  • Monitoring project milestones, planning conditions, statutory approvals and consultant deliverables.
  • Organising technical meetings, preparing agendas and producing meeting minutes.
  • Ensuring documentation complies with company procedures, quality standards and Health & Safety requirements.

Your experience:

  • Previous administrative experience within Construction, House building, Engineering or Property sector.
  • Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience managing technical or confidential documents.
  • Strong IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence liaising with both internal teams and external consultants.
