Registered Nurse Clinical Lead

We are recruiting for a Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at Autumn Grange Care Home in Creswell, S80. At Autumn Grange, we provide care and nursing support to older adults and individuals living with dementia.

• Schedule:
  
  24 hours per week, a share of on call. Shift work and supernumerary hours to be discussed. If working as a Nurse the day shift times are 06:45-19:00.
• Rate of pay: £22-£23 per hour

  Linden Road, Creswell, S80

• A full driving licence and access to a vehicle

We are looking for a Registered Nurse with strong leadership qualities, experience of identifying and establishing good systems of clinical practice, and the ability to oversee and monitor nursing and treatment areas. We will look to you to provide clinical leadership to the team, maintaining effective communication with all staff and Healthcare professionals. Further responsibilities can include but are not limited to, clinical governance, supervisions, IPC, care planning and audits.
