Assistant Manager – GoNow, Bolsover, Chesterfield

£25,500 to £27,500 plus bonus

Join a successful health and fitness business as Assistant Club Manager in Bolsover, Chesterfield. This unique opportunity is within an extremely fast‑growing franchise featuring a state‑of‑the‑art boutique facility with top‑of‑the‑range equipment and technology. The role requires a dedicated and passionate Assistant Club Manager focused on growing the membership base and delivering a superb member experience.

• Driving membership sales as well as awareness campaigns in the local community
• Focusing on member retention and high levels of customer service
• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and operating the club within guidelines
• Managing, training and developing the in‑club team
• Developing marketing campaigns to attract new members while staying within budget

• Highly driven with a positive and proactive attitude is a must
• Level 2 Fitness qualification and First Aid
• Commitment to work shifts including weekends
• A background in fitness and sales
• A strong knowledge of the sales process and generating leads from internal and external sources
• Ideally able to cover group exercise classes when required

This is a fantastic job in fitness that requires working closely with the Club Manager and being able to take ownership of the club in their absence. Excellent opportunities to progress as the operator owns multiple sites and is looking to develop and expand the business in the near future.
