Assistant Club Manager – Health & Fitness Club
An exciting opportunity to join a successful health and fitness business as Assistant Club Manager in Bolsover, Chesterfield.
The gym is a state-of-the-art boutique facility equipped with top‑of‑the‑range equipment and technology.
Responsibilities- Drive membership sales and awareness campaigns in the local community.
- Focus on member retention and maintain high levels of customer service.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and operate the club within guidelines.
- Manage, train and develop the in‑club team.
- Develop marketing campaigns to attract new members while staying within budget.
- Highly driven with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Level 2 Fitness qualification and First Aid.
- Commitment to work shifts including weekends.
- A background in fitness and sales.
- Strong knowledge of the sales process and generating leads from internal and external sources.
- Ideally able to cover group exercise classes when required.
