Senior Bookkeeper

Goldlink Bulk and Goldlink Logistics are a growing group of companies in the trucking and logistics industry, based in Bolton, Ontario. We’re looking for a detail-driven accounting professional to take ownership of our books and help us build smarter, more efficient financial processes as we scale.

You’ll be the go-to person for keeping our financials accurate, organized, and audit-ready across both companies. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves bringing order to numbers and isn’t afraid to suggest a better way of doing things.

• Maintain and manage company books in Quick Books Online
• Handle daily accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
• Audit, review, and organize company transactions across both entities
• Verify the accuracy of financials, reconciliations, and accounting processes
• Prepare and summarize financial records and reports
• Identify gaps in current workflows and implement stronger, more efficient processes
• Support month-end and year-end close

• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or equivalent hands‑on experience
• 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience (logistics or trucking industry a plus)
• Strong proficiency with Quick Books Online
• Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
• Comfortable with technology — including AI tools — and eager to use the latest tools to work smarter, not harder
• Self-starter who can work independently and flag issues before they grow

You’ll have real ownership over the finance function of an established, growing logistics group — with the autonomy to shape how things get done.
