Billing Coordinator

Position: Full-Time Billing Coordinator
Join Green Infrastructure Partners as a Full-Time Billing Coordinator in Caledon, Ontario. You'll ensure timely invoicing and assist in impactful project reporting for internal and external users.

In this vital role reporting to the Project Accounting Manager, you'll manage invoice generation in Quickbooks and JDE, ensuring accuracy and promptness. Key responsibilities include working with Project Managers for billing inputs, maintaining invoice records, and communicating company policies on payment terms. This role requires a keen attention to detail and organization to juggle multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and maintain interim and final invoices systematically

• Distribute and save invoices on the network efficiently

• Interact with stakeholders to gather necessary billing inputs

• Confirm invoice receipt and resolve discrepancies promptly

• Support internal and external audits for compliance

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education is mandatory

• Knowledge of JDE and Quickbooks preferred

• Experience in accounts receivable and payable is an asset

• Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

• Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
