Position: Caledon Full-Time Billing Coordinator Role
Step into the role of Billing Coordinator with Green Infrastructure Partners in Caledon, Ontario. This full-time position emphasizes timely invoicing and collaboration with project teams.

As the Billing Coordinator, you'll report directly to the Project Accounting Manager. Your key responsibilities involve managing invoice generation in Quickbooks and JDE, ensuring the proper flow of billing information through project teams. You will also assist with account reconciliations and maintain stringent records for audits. Organizational prowess and attention to detail are essential, alongside strong communication skills to successfully interact with clients and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate, manage, and file invoices accurately

• Support interactions with Project Managers on billing inputs

• Confirm receipt of invoices and handle any discrepancies

• Maintain proper documentation for internal and external audits

• Help with accounts payable processing and month-end tasks

Requirements:

• Must have post-secondary education

• Preferable knowledge of JDE and Quickbooks

• Experience in accounts receivable/payable is beneficial

• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel

• Effective communication and multitasking abilities
