In this full-time, permanent role, you'll report to the Supervisor, Business Unit. Your primary responsibility will include overseeing Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, ensuring accurate processing and compliance with deadlines. You will facilitate communication between on-site staff and field technicians to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily AR invoice entries and payment collections

• Oversee month-end procedures, ensuring accurate financial reporting

• Perform weekly bank reconciliations and maintain financial records

• Ensure compliance with invoicing processes and approvals

• Maintain positive relationships with brewery partners

Requirements:

• 1-2 years in administration or accounting experience

• Minimum 1 year in Accounts Receivable

• Proficiency in ERP software

• Intermediate accounting knowledge

• Excellent communication and time management skills
