Titanium Transportation Collection Specialist Role

Location: Bolton

This role requires you to report to the Manager of Credit & Collections and engage with customers about their accounts. Your primary tasks involve account reconciliation, resolving discrepancies, and fostering strong relationships with clients. You will also leverage various software systems to manage customer databases and ensure timely payments while performing clerical tasks as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage collections by contacting customers regularly

• Reconcile accounts and resolve payment issues

• Utilize effective communication channels to engage customers

• Maintain accurate records of account activities

• Enforce prompt collection action on overdue accounts

Requirements:

• 3-5 years’ experience in collections

• Strong MS Office proficiency

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field

• Prior experience in transportation/supply chain sector

• Knowledge of Great Plains and TMW software is a plus
