We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Administrator with at least one year of reception experience in healthcare. Ideal candidates will have a strong grasp of MVA, WSIB, and Extended Health Care billing procedures. Proficiency in Universal software and excellent communication skills are essential for scheduling appointments and assisting patients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients professionally and assist with queries

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently

• Perform general reception and administrative tasks daily

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of front desk experience in healthcare

• Knowledge of billing procedures (MVA, WSIB, EHC)

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proficiency with administrative software and computers

• Valid Ontario driver’s license and reliable vehicle
