We are searching for a skilled Parts Specialist with over two years of automotive parts experience. This role involves parts management, invoicing, and general production support to streamline operations. Ideal candidates will bring experience in the automotive collision repair industry and familiarity with software like Parts bridge and Collision Link.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage organization of the parts room
• Prepare parts carts for repairs and reassembly
• Collaborate with Repair Planner for parts orders
• Receive and verify parts invoices promptly
• Assist production team with vehicle transport as needed
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years automotive parts experience
• Preferred collision repair industry experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and software learning
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Valid Ontario driver’s license required
