Job Summary
North America Electrical Energy Equipments Co. Ltd. (NAEEE) is one of the top global suppliers of aluminum wire and cable for coils. We are looking for an experienced Sourcing and Purchasing Specialist to join our Canadian headquarter in Bolton, Ontario.
Job SummaryAs a Sourcing and Purchasing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in overseeing procurement process, ensuring that materials and supplies are sourced efficiently, cost-effectively and quality-assured.

- Evaluate and purchase specialized equipment and materials necessary for operations.
- Review and negotiate contract terms and conditions with domestic and international suppliers to achieve cost-efficient purchases.
- Identify potential cost-saving measures, implement cost-saving strategies and track savings achievements.
- Analyze risk factors and market conditions to optimize sourcing strategies and suggest improvements in the supply chain.
- Establish logistics of delivery schedules and monitor order progress to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
- Resolve issues or disputes with suppliers and customers, ensuring continuous supply chain flow.
- Collaborate with the logistic, production, sales, inventory, and finance team to ensure that sourced materials meet all technical and quality specifications and the company’s operational requirements.
- Supervise and train purchasing clerks in accordance with the company’s established policies, procedures and best practices.
- Ensure all procurement practices comply with internal policies and relevant trade, customs, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare sourcing reports, cost forecasts, and recommendations for management.
- Ability to travel domestically or internationally for supplier visits and trade shows.
- Completion of college diploma or above, majors in business administration, engineering, logistics, economics, operations management, finance, mathematics or statistical analysis are preferred.
- A Minimum of three years of related experience.
- Familiarity with energy equipment and power transmission products is essential.
- Strong understanding of sourcing processes, procurement strategies, and supply chain operations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building supplier relationships.
- Manage time efficiently while working on several different tasks at once.
- International travel is required.
- Be able to communicate in English.
