We’re looking for adetail-driven, proactive, and energetic Project Coordinatorready to make an impact in the fast-paced world of retail construction. In this role, you’ll work hand-in-hand with experienced Project Managers to bring high-profile retail build-outs to life—from first sketches to final walkthrough.

What You’ll Do

• Assist the Project Manager with all phases of retail construction projects, from estimates and bids to schedules, site coordination, and close-out.

• Liaise with site supervisors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

• Manage documentation, invoicing, cost tracking, and Health & Safety requirements.

What You Bring

• Diploma/degree in Construction Project Management, Architectural Technologies, or related field.

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to travel when required.
