This permanent role involves working directly with the Director of Real Estate and Construction. As the Construction Coordinator, you will maintain crucial project documentation, track timelines, and liaise with stakeholders. Your contributions will support the overall success of various real estate and construction initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support planning and execution of real estate projects
• Maintain documentation and development pipeline reporting
• Track capital expenditures and prepare finance reports
• Assist with contractor quotes and pricing discussions
• Coordinate with external consultants and internal teams
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in administrative or coordination roles
• Familiarity with project management processes
• Experience with SAP or similar systems
• Strong understanding of real estate terminology
