Position: Project Coordinator for Civil Projects
Join Aecon as a Project Coordinator and contribute to transformative civil infrastructure projects in Caledon, ON. This role demands strong organizational and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced setting.

In this position, you will report to the Senior Aggregates Manager and play an essential role in managing aggregate and fill materials projects. Your day-to-day tasks will involve coordinating site operations, tracking project progress, and facilitating communication with clients and partners. Ensuring project deadlines, quality assurance, and safety compliance will be your top priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing engineering programs

• Develop and control budgets and project schedules

• Read project contracts and provide regular status updates

• Coordinate with trades to meet labour requirements

• Handle safety programs and quality assurance activities

Requirements:

• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience

• 2-5 years of experience in civil or heavy construction

• Excellent MS Office skills required

• Must hold a valid Driver's License

• Must be flexible to shift schedules as needed
