TD Canada Trust is looking for a Customer Experience Associate to provide excellent customer service, process financial transactions, and promote banking solutions.

• Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments following standard operating procedures and regulations.
• Understand and determine customer needs, and recommend appropriate banking solutions while exercising discretion with confidential matters.
• Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non‑standard issues when necessary.
• Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes accurately and timely.
• Build a positive and diverse work environment, support teammates, and participate in performance development.
• Recommend operational improvements to enhance customer experience and operational excellence.

• High school diploma and/or at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
• Strong administrative, organizational, planning, and time‑management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet.
• Initiative, accuracy, and detail orientation in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
