Key Responsibilities:
• Provide timely and professional communication with clients
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate database files
• Use TMW software to track and document information
• Schedule and confirm appointments with dispatchers
• Monitor shipments and minimize transit costs
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years in Customer Service
• High school diploma required
• Experience in transportation/supply chain preferred
• Familiarity with TMW software is an asset
• Strong organizational and time management skills
