Dilawri Group in Ontarioislooking for aJunior Service Advisor/ Coordinator to join the team at our Bolton Toyota location. Pay Rate: $20-22/Hour Responsibilities:- Greet customers, understand their service needs, and assist with bookingappointments
- Manage inbound calls, texts, and emails while providing professional customer service
- Proactively contact customers regarding recommended maintenance, services, and appointments
- Assist Service Advisors with repair orders, customer updates, and coordinatingvehicle service
- Communicate service recommendations and maintenance requirements clearly to customers
- Build strong relationships with customers and dealership teams
- Meetquality and performance benchmarks while delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Other duties as assigned by management
- 1–2years of customer service, administrative, BDC, or automotive experience
- Previousautomotive or dealership experience is an asset
- Strong customer service mindset with excellent written, phone, and digital communication skills
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to multitask
- Positive,team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Abilityto remain organized and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn dealership systems and software
- High school diploma or equivalent
